Permanent International Human Resource Management

Question: Discuss about the Permanent International Human Resource Management. Answer: Introduction: The benefits of the contract employees are; they can be hired for just a shorter time period when an employee is absent in an organization and also a good method to test fresh employees. They also provide temporary solution to the business. While, hiring a contract employee gives rise in the cost of the organization and also a lot of time is wasted on training. There are also various legal problems of making the same contract employee work in an organization for many times (Neil, Chin, 2012). The pros of permanent employees are that time can be saved in the training procedure and also stability can be maintained in the organization. In the negative, it can be said that the permanent employees have restricted earning capability and also deficiency of flexibility, as they fail to maintain a work-life balance (Harzing, Pinnington, 2015).
